Training: We have programs that encourage learning from incidents. Although we promote the concept of zero harm, we understand that incidents can happen, but we will do everything possible to avoid their recurrence.

Continuous improvement and commitment: The high standards required in all areas of safety, health and the environment require continuous improvement and commitment on the part of all.

Audit, monitoring and corrective actions: We strive to set goals and objectives, audit, monitor, select and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with our corporate expectations.

Personal Responsibility: We are all personally responsible for preventing harm to ourselves, others and the environment. Safety, good health and environmental care are equally important outside of work and are welcome.
